Description
As our product manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the website innovation and growth of 1800Dentist.com as well as our other consumer brands. You’ll collect information on our business goals and customer needs and translate them into requirements for our website development group. You’ll define, track, and be held accountable to key site performance metrics. Ultimately you’ll be responsible for helping to support our growing ecommerce business.

Key Job Qualifications:

•• Analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and marketplace opportunities in order to articulate the opportunity and rationale behind your website product development ideas.
• Write specs for new features or functionality.
• Make cases for site business rules using statistical data and industry’s best practices.
• Strong ability to envision and communicate site enhancement requirements to designers and developers. Once approved, you’ll lead the development and creative teams in getting your projects executed.
• Rollout skills – you’ll need to create communication plans, and work with and educate our internal teams (including customer service) to make sure they understand how the site is changing and improving over time.
