Digital Directory Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

We value your privacy here at LA DD. We also value being informative and concise therefore, we wanted to make this privacy short and didactic. Here are the headlines.

  1. Privacy Policy. LA DD will NOT collect any personal information about you unless you choose to provide us with such information (such as in the form of registering with LA DD, emailing us or contacting us, etc.). As with most Web servers on the Internet, certain information is automatically collected and recorded. This includes, but is not limited to: User’s IP address (and hostname if available), the date and time User accessed our website and the type of browser and operating system User uses. These are stored in a “log” file, which are private and the contents of which will not be released to a third party without User’s explicit consent.
  2. For LA DD Advertisers (free and premium users). Submission of your information on the LA DD’s website about you or your company will not insure that your listing will be approved. Submission of your information also confirms that you’ve agreed to LA DD Privacy Policy & Terms of use. The editor’s of the LA DD will have the final decision, no questions asked. In addition, LA DD does not guarantee the results or performance of listings that are approved. We also do not guarantee listing validity or take responsibility for vendors/agencies/freelancers/gigs /projects /jobs/recruiters/internships/events/job-seekers that are posted or performed by others. We have the right to not only delete, but to change or edit listings at any time for any reason. All payments for services/advertisements paid to LA DD are final, and will not be provided a refund.
